Office of Plans and Budget Affairs The Office has been established under the supervision of the Vice- Chancellor, in the framework of the annual plans and budget. It aims to develop and enhance the university's efficiency and productivity, plan for staff training, organize the university’s annual plans and actions, and provide the financial resources. The office of Plans and Budget Affairs consists of four divisions: 1- Budget 2- Staff Training and Improvement 3- Positions Classification 4- Organization and Methods 5- Statistics
